Here at The Football Mental Health Alliance, the mental health of all those involved with grassroots football is at the very top of our agenda.
Mental health does not discriminate. Whatever your colour, gender, job title, religious persuasion or postcode, we all have mental health and it is just like our fingerprint - completely unique to us.
We aim for everyone in the grassroots family to have a positive understanding of mental health, whatever your involvement and we recognise that football has a duty of care to ensure that it is fully supporting as many people as possible in building and maintaining their collective mental wellbeing.
The purpose of this Playbook is to do just that. It will deliver you one tip a week for a year, direct to your smart device. These are simple, uncomplicated suggestions delivered by, recognised experts, ex-pros and fellow 'grassrooters' that anyone can utilise on a day-to-day basis.
Join us on a journey to improved mental wellbeing. Your mental health is the most valuable asset you have. Protect and strengthen it as much as you can.
